Dr. Stephen Mayo PT, DPT, DN Cert

Stephen is a licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia with experience working with clients of all ages—from kids and athletes to stay-at-home parents and military personnel.

He earned his DPT from the University of North Georgia in 2023 and holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Purdue. A U.S. Air Force veteran with 13 years of service, Stephen is passionate about fitness, barbell training, and helping others stay active. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, video games, and sharing his love of movement with his wife and two boys.
